**Service Agreement Terms**
By scheduling services with 30 Thousand LLC, the Client agrees to: **Access & Safety** The Client will provide safe access to the work area. The Company may refuse unsafe working conditions. **Pre-Existing Conditions** The Company is not responsible for hidden damage, code violations, mold, asbestos, pest damage, or structural defects discovered during work. **Permits & Code Compliance** The Client is responsible for obtaining required permits unless agreed in writing. The Company is not responsible for prior code violations. **Change Orders** Additional work outside the original scope must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges. **Payment Terms** Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur fees permitted by law. **Limited Workmanship Warranty** 30 Thousand LLC provides a limited workmanship warranty of 60 days from completion. This does not cover: - Normal wear and tear - Customer-supplied materials - Misuse or neglect - Acts of nature **Limitation of Liability** To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services provided.
